RealNet Learning Services came into being twenty years ago, when it created RealNet Direct Television, the first high-powered satellite delivered service that brought real estate training directly into 20,000 real estate offices across the United States. RealNet has since evolved into the real estate industry’s leading independent training organization.

RealNet owns the Sweathogs Selling System® (known throughout the real estate industry as simply “Sweathogs®”), which has been teaching real estate agents and brokers how to sell for more than 40 years. Over 130,000 agents are Sweathogs® alumni; and it’s really hard to find someone in senior leadership at the major real estate firms in the U.S. who isn’t a Sweathogs grad!

Certified Buyer Representative® (CBR®) is the original (since 1995) buyer agency designation course. Over the past 26 years, we have equipped thousands of agents/brokers with the expertise, knowledge and tools to provide unmatched service to their buyer clients. CBR® has been selected by numerous national real estate firms and state/local realtor associations as their preferred Buyer Agency
program.

Katheryn DeClerck
CBR® instructor/New York

Katheryn DeClerck is a widely respected real estate trainer and instructor and a New York-licensed real estate broker who lives in the beautiful Hudson Valley. She holds an Associate Broker license at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty in Goshen. As a trainer, Katheryn harnesses and utilizes her real world knowledge developed over 22+ years in the real estate industry. In addition to CBR®, her programs include licensing, continuing education and technology training for today’s rapidly changing industry. She is also a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI™️),

Katheryn has served as the President of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Regional Vice President of the New York State Association of REALTORS® and in a variety of other leadership positions. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Roseann Farrow
CBR® instructor/New York

 

During more than 40 years in real estate sales, training, course development, management and consulting, Roseann has personally trained and coached thousands of real estate agents, managers, brokers and fellow trainers whose careers have been positively impacted by her passion, humor, high energy and dedication to the industry. Roseann is a Realtor® Emeritus, National REBAC and REBI trainer and a Senior Instructor at the NY State Association of realtors®. She instructs CBR®, ABR, CRB, GREEN, GRI, ITI, PSA, RSPS, SRES, SRS, ITI (Instructor Training Institute) and CDW (Course Development Workshop) and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). Roseann also serves as the New York liaison for The CE Shop and often helps publishers to develop or update real estate courses and books that are widely used in the real estate industry. 

Roseann holds a BA in Secondary Education, a plethora of real estate designations and has served as President of the New York State CRB Chapter and the New York State GRI Chapter. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and the New Windsor-Cornwall Rotary Club. Currently she serves on various committees at the New York State Association of REALTORS® and is a member of the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum and other national and local environmental groups. She has been awarded “REALTOR® OF THE YEAR” by both her local Association of REALTORS® and by the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for her ongoing contributions to the industry and community. She maintains a New York State Real Estate Broker license and is an Associate Broker at JOHN J. LEASE REALTORS® in Newburgh, NY. Nicholas Gigante
CBR® instructor/New York

Nick has been in the real estate profession since 1977. He has listed and sold many homes, managed real estate offices and recruited and trained many successful agents. He owned several major franchise real estate offices from 1996-2014. He is currently an Associate Broker with EXIT Realty Premier in Massapequa Park, New York.

In 1990, Nick became a certified New York State instructor and started teaching for the Long Island Board of REALTORS®. He has taught for many REALTOR® associations across the state, including the Westchester, Rockland County, Orange, Otsego-Delaware and Ithaca boards. Nick has been teaching the Certified Buyer Representative® (CBR) course for RealNet Learning Services since 2016.

In 2009, Nick became a NYSAR instructor and began teaching the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI) course all over the state. Nick also teaches the salesperson and broker qualifying courses, the National Association of REALTORS® Ethics course and the Fair Housing course; and he has written and taught a variety of continuing education courses.

In 1993, Nick became the President of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 1994. He became active with the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) in 1990, serving on the Board of Directors and chairing or vice-chairing several committees. In 2010, he was elected as NYSAR’s Treasurer and also the President Elect; and he became the President in 2011. He continues to remain a Director and serves on multiple committees. 

Nick holds a BA degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. He lives in Massapequa, New York with his wife of 43 years and has two married daughters and 5 grandchildren. Nick holds the GRI, ITI, CBR® and AHWD designations.

Anita Hill
CBR® instructor/Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont

Anita, CRB,CBR,ASR,CIA,LMC,SRES,ITI,QSC, is the owner of Anita Hill Training & Seminars and has spent over 40 years establishing her credentials in the field of real estate with an emphasis on training and education. She is an Instructor for the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) course, a GRI instructor for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Association of Realtors® and an instructs several courses for the Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. She is an instructor for the Vermont Broker’s Course and an instructor for the “Realty Guild”, a group of independent offices in Massachusetts.

For over 35 years, Anita has participated in writing test questions for the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam and on several occasions has participated in writing test questions for the National Real Estate Exam. As the former director of professional development for Carlson GMAC real estate, she developed training programs for new and experienced agents and managers. She is the author of multiple editions of “Massachusetts Real Estate Practice and Law” published by Dearborn Real Estate Education. Anita has been named Educator of the Year by the Realty Guild, the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors, and the Northeast Association of Realtors.

Isabelle Perkins
CBR® instructor/New Jersey, Massachusetts

Isabelle Perkins’ formal real estate career started after her family move to NJ from CA. With more free time and a desire to understand the workings of the business after many personal moves in multiple states leading to very different experiences, she took that first pre-licensing course. With her most recent move to MA, Isabelle is now devoting her business to real estate instruction. Over the past 20 years, Isabelle not only sold residential real estate, but also owned an independent brokerage, became licensed as an instructor and ultimately built a real estate instruction business. She started with pre-licensing and then added various other courses, including writing her own CE courses in NJ. She has earned designations and certifications, is constantly looking for opportunities to stay current with the real estate industry and better herself as an instructor. Well appreciated by her students as demonstrated by continued repeat business, Isabelle’s objective is to bring relevant and researched material to participants in a “non-boring” way. The best complement is having students leave a mandatory class saying “I was dreading the class, but I learned a lot and time went by so fast.”
She strives in making the complex simple and the dry/ mandatory topics interesting and fun.

Ed Escobar

Ed began his illustrious career as a salesman at an early age. He obtained his real estate license while he was still a teenager and quickly realized that just about everyone in the state of Florida seemed to have their real estate license too! Ed knew that, in order to prosper in this highly competitive industry, he would have to differentiate himself and stand out from the crowd. He quickly discovered that TRAINING was the key. In 1984, Ed co-founded the Sweathogs® Selling System, a powerful spaced-training program that quickly became the industry’s gold standard for sales training. Sweathogs® has graduated over 130,000 students in North America and Canada and continues to be the most results-producing real estate training program available anywhere. Ed has personally trained and coached thousands of real estate agents and brokers and has inspired them to take control of their lives and skyrocket their real estate business. As a top producing real estate agent himself, Ed has received countless awards for his record-breaking sales production. Vincent Zaloom, Jr.
Sweathogs® instructor/New York, New Jersey

Vincent “Vinnie” Zaloom began his real estate career in New York in 1983, at the ripe old age of 18.
Within five years, he had acquired the first of two real estate franchises. He was consistently ranked
among the top producing agents within both organizations. In 1991, Vinnie added teaching, speaking
and coaching to his resume. That same year, Vinnie attended his first Sweathogs® class. Out of 130
agents in the class, Vinnie ranked number one in production. The skills he learned from Sweathogs®
catapulted him to the top of the real estate profession; and he made a commitment to help other people
realize their dreams in the real estate field by becoming a Sweathogs® instructor. He also delivers a
variety of one-day workshops that help his students continue to improve their performance. Over the
past 28 years, Vinnie has trained thousands of agents and brokers. Unlike many real estate trainers,
Vinnie remains active in the profession. This allows him to stay current with the legal, technological
and marketing trends in this ever-changing industry. He incorporates his real life experiences into his
